OUR PROCESS

Here is a detailed step-by-step process for the Apply Buddy service:

Client Onboarding

  • The client selects the package,then the number of job applications they would like Apply Buddy to submit on their behalf (50-150 jobs) and if necessary an additional service.
  • Client shares their updated resume, cover letter templates, and other relevant documents.
  • Client details their target industry, desired job titles, and preferred geographic locations.
  • Our team reviews the client’s materials and discusses their goals to ensure we comprehensively understand their unique needs.
  • Our team will proceed to optimize the preferred job board the client has chosen and provide login details for in the survey they have filled out already. (Usually, a login CODE is required for this process, with a 10 min expiration timeline).
  • Clients will be contacted via Mail and WhatsApp to confirm their availability to provide the code to our representative within 10 minutes.
  • Once login is successful, the job profile optimization will be completed.

Job Search and Application Submission

  • Our dedicated research team thoroughly scours job boards, company career sites, and other online resources to identify suitable job openings that align with the client’s qualifications and preferences.
  • For each relevant job, we will meticulously complete the application process, including filling out forms, uploading required documents, and answering any custom questions.
  • Our writing experts will craft tailored cover letters highlighting the client’s key strengths and fit for each role.
  • We will update the status of all applications completed on your Apply Buddy dashboard and provide regular progress updates.

Application Monitoring and Follow-up

  • Our team will continuously update the status of all submitted applications and promptly notify the client of any other updates Via e-mail and their ApplyBuddy job dashboard.
  • The clients will handle all follow-up communications with the employers, such as scheduling interviews, providing additional information, or addressing any questions.
  • Throughout the process, we will provide the client with optional personalized coaching and guidance to help them prepare for interviews and navigate the job search process. (This is a standalone paid service which clients can opt for should they require the services).

Reporting and Feedback

  • Upon completing the application process, we will provide the client with a detailed report outlining the number of jobs applied to and any other relevant metrics Via e-mail and their ApplyBuddy job dashboard.
  • We will solicit feedback from the client to continuously improve our services and ensure their satisfaction.

Ongoing Support

  • Even after the initial application phase, our team will remain available to the client to provide ongoing assistance, such as revising application materials, negotiating job offers, or navigating any other challenges that may arise during their job search.
